What is the Self-Discovery Program?
An 8-week guided journey to help women reconnect with themselves, release emotional baggage, and rebuild self-worth through CBT, NLP, and mindfulness tools.
How long does life coaching take?
Most clients experience visible changes within 3–4 sessions. Deep lasting transformation occurs over 8–12 sessions.
Can I attend sessions online?

Do you guarantee results?

How often will I meet my coach?
Typically once a week or every 10 days, depending on your schedule and goals.
What if I’m not sure I’m ready for coaching?

What’s the difference between a psychologist and a psychiatrist?
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who prescribes medication. A psychologist uses therapies like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and talk therapy to address emotions, behavior, and thought patterns.

Is everything I share confidential?
Absolutely. Every conversation at Minhance Wellness is 100% confidential, handled by professionals who follow strict ethical standards. The confidentiality clauses are included in the Coaching/therapy agreement.
Can therapy be done online?
Yes. Online therapy is safe, private, and equally effective as in-person sessions, using secure platforms for your comfort and confidentiality.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Our online sessions are accessible globally, especially for NRIs seeking Indian psychologists or life coaches who understand cultural contexts.
Is life coaching or therapy only for people in big cities?
No. Emotional wellbeing is universal. Our hybrid (online + offline) format ensures accessibility even from smaller towns.
Will my changes last after therapy or coaching?

How do I book a session or consultation?

How is my privacy protected?
All sessions are confidential and compliant with data protection standards. We never share client information without consent. The coaching/therapy contract mutually signed by therapist/ Coach & client includes the confidentiality and data protection clauses.
What payment options do you offer?
Payments can be made via UPI, online transfer. Packages and flexible plans are available for ongoing sessions.
What if I miss or need to cancel a session?
You can reschedule with a 24-hour notice. This allows us to allocate your slot fairly to other clients.
Do you offer refunds?
Since therapy and coaching are personalized services, refunds are not typically provided. However, unused sessions can be credited or rescheduled as per policy.
