1. Session Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation by Client:
- If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the session, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Minhance Wellness:
- If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking slot.
2. No-Show Policy
- If a client does not show up for a booked session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
- Minhance Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Digital products, wellness courses, and prepaid packages are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned.
- Partially used sessions/packages are not eligible for refunds.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in case of medical emergencies, technical errors in payment processing, or any other valid reason at our discretion.
