Family Constellation

Does this sound like you?

You’ve read the books. You’ve done the courses, the coaching, the therapy. You’re not lazy, and you’re not broken. And yet:

  • Money keeps slipping: You work hard, but it never seems to stay or grow. The same relationship, again
  • Different person, same pattern. Or the same fight, on repeat.
  • Work drains you: You leave one difficult boss or toxic environment and somehow end up in another that feels strangely familiar.
  • Fear runs the show: Fear of failure, conflict, being seen, or being “too much” appears at exactly the moments that matter.
  • You can’t say no: You over give, over deliver and burn out, then feel guilty the moment you set a boundary.
  • You hit a ceiling: Every time success gets close, something stalls, sabotages, or shuts down.

You’ve told yourself: “I just need to try harder.”

What if the pattern you’re fighting isn’t yours at all?

What if you’re carrying something quietly, loyally and unknowingly, that belongs to someone who came before you?

This isn’t about blaming your family. It’s about seeing clearly, so you can choose differently.

We are shaped by more than our childhood

We come from a family system, with grandparents, great grandparents and stories that may never have been spoken: a lost fortune, an early death, a broken marriage, a migration, a secret, someone who was forgotten or left out of the family story.

Family constellation work is built on the observation that we can unconsciously stay loyal to these unspoken burdens. We repeat the struggle, the loss or the limit as a silent way of belonging.

That’s why positive thinking, discipline and strategy alone sometimes don’t work. You’re solving at the surface a problem that lives deeper.

And because we carry these patterns everywhere, they follow us into our relationships, our money and our workplaces, into how we treat authority, how we handle conflict, and how much we allow ourselves to receive.

Family constellation helps release inherited patterns that keep you stuck.

A powerful experiential method developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. It looks at you not as an isolated individual but as a member of a larger family system, and helps you see the hidden dynamics shaping your life.

You don’t need a “difficult” family, detailed knowledge of your family history, or any particular belief. You only need to be curious.

  • It helps you return what isn’t yours. With respect and love, inherited burdens go back to where they belong.

What can it support?

**Constellation work complements, and never replaces, medical or psychological care.

How it works

1. Share your question

In a short, confidential conversation, we clarify what you want to change or understand. It might be “Why do I keep repeating this?” or “Why do I freeze around certain people?”

2. Explore the bigger picture

Through a guided process, in a one to one session  your family system is set out so you can see it. As the dynamics show themselves, Namratha guides gentle movements and healing statements.

3. Integration

You leave with insight, a new inner picture, and simple steps to carry the shift into daily life, whether that’s a boundary, a difficult conversation or a different way of handling money and relationships.

Namratha Vijaykumar
Life and Leadership Coach
Certified Family Constellation Facilitator

Namratha helps people who look successful on the outside but feel stuck, heavy or misaligned on the inside. As a life and leadership coach, she has spent years helping people understand their nature and align their personal and professional lives with their core values.

Her coaching taught her something important: some patterns don’t shift with goals and strategies alone. That realisation led her to family constellation work, where as a Certified family & Organisational constellation facilitatot she now helps clients look beneath the surface, to the roots. She brings together the practical clarity of coaching and the depth of systemic constellation work, so that insight becomes real change in your work, relationships and inner life.

Her approach is warm, grounded and respectful. You will never be pushed, judged, or asked to share more than you choose.
